We integrated passive solar heating, rainwater collection, and used reclaimed wood throughout. The result? A home that's comfortable year-round without burning through energy bills.

Victoria Era Bank Revival
You don't mess with history—you respect it. This 1890s bank building was structurally sound but needed serious TLC. We preserved the original facade, restored the terra cotta details, and converted the interior into modern loft spaces. Took us 18 months but honestly? Worth every minute.
TechFlow Office Redesign
A growing tech company needed space that could actually keep up with them. We ditched the rigid cubicles for flexible zones—collaboration areas, quiet focus pods, even a nap room (yeah, they insisted).
