Every project tells a story. Here's a peek at what we've been up to—spaces that push boundaries while staying grounded in sustainability and real-world functionality.
This one was a labour of love. The clients wanted something that felt like it grew out of the ground naturally—no cookie-cutter stuff. We integrated passive solar heating, rainwater collection, and used reclaimed wood throughout. The result? A home that's comfortable year-round without burning through energy bills.

Urban density doesn't have to mean sacrificing quality. This mixed-use building packs retail, office space, and residential units into a compact footprint while maintaining natural light and air flow throughout. We worked closely with the city to exceed their sustainability benchmarks—ended up being one of the first LEED Gold projects in the neighbourhood.
You don't mess with history—you respect it. This 1890s bank building was structurally sound but needed serious TLC. We preserved the original facade, restored the terra cotta details, and converted the interior into modern loft spaces. Took us 18 months but honestly? Worth every minute.
A growing tech company needed space that could actually keep up with them. We ditched the rigid cubicles for flexible zones—collaboration areas, quiet focus pods, even a nap room (yeah, they insisted). Natural materials, tons of plants, and daylight sensors that adjust lighting automatically. Their team productivity jumped 25% in the first quarter.
Sometimes less really is more. This getaway cottage sits on a wooded lot about two hours north of the city. The clients wanted minimal environmental impact and maximum connection to nature. We used locally-sourced materials, kept the footprint tight, and designed it so you can basically run the whole place off-grid if you want.
