Elena Selvaron
Principal Architect & Founder

Started this whole thing back in 2012 after getting tired of firms that treated sustainability like a checklist item. Elena's the one who'll push back if your ideas don't make environmental sense - but she'll help you find better solutions that actually work. Spent 8 years at big firms before going solo, and hasn't looked back since.
Marcus Quintal
Senior Architect & Partner
M.Arch, LEED AP, OAA
The detail guy who somehow makes building codes sound interesting. Marcus joined in 2015 and became partner two years later. He's got this weird ability to spot potential problems before they happen - saved more than a few projects from going sideways. If you're doing commercial work or anything with heritage restrictions, you'll probably work closely with him.
Yuki Tanaka
Design Lead & Visualization
M.Arch, ARIDO
Yuki's the one who makes those 3D renders that actually look like the finished building (wild concept, right?). She's also brilliant at space planning - especially when you're dealing with awkward layouts or want to maximize every square foot. Joined us in 2018 from a Vancouver firm, brought a whole different perspective on how people actually use spaces.
Dev Patel
Technical Architect
M.Arch, P.Eng
The engineering brain who makes sure our creative ideas won't, you know, fall down. Dev handles all the structural coordination and loves solving those "how the heck do we build this?" moments.
Sarah Chen

Our green building guru who keeps us honest about environmental impact. Sarah's constantly finding new materials and systems that are actually better AND more sustainable - not just greenwashing.
